Agson Engineers provides a full site service, through from checking the position of the foundation interfaces to the completion of method statements and risk assessments in conjunction with the contractor on site.

For each project you need 10 steps:

1. Design  the  public  space  /  landscaping
2. Choose  your  building  layout   ( cladding or not, number of floors, staircases, elevators, reception, office etc.)
3. Choose your modules, volumes, interior design and additional requirements ( balcony...)
4. Choose your specifications ( Fire regulations,  air conditioning, level of luxury etc)
5. Determine  the budget of  local  construction works (Foundation,  roof,  cladding, basement...)
6. Sketch design of the whole project
7. Define  budget  based  on  sketch design
8. Detail all designs and constructions and installations
9. Order prefabricated modules
10. Involve  local  contractor  and  monitor construction and commissioning process
    Define exact  scope of works and detail  the  ‘hand-over’ areas.
