Before we can give a final offer for the customized Standard Modules, we need to know your requirements for the floor, windows, colors, bathroom, kitchen, optional furniture, curtains, safety requirements and so on.

A first price for a full modular project we only can estimate , after we know more about:

1.	Design requirements for wind loads and seismic movements
2.	Home access: internal corridor or outside walkways.
3.	Multilevel building: staircases, elevators, emergency routes.
4.	Foundation: Foundation can either be a concrete slab or concrete piles or a combination of this. This depends on geological information and on the height of the building.
5.	Roof: design of the roof, required insulation value, snow load, rainwater provision, roof access systems, etc.
6.	Balconies and walkways: steel or concrete, design, sizes
7.	Connectors between the prefab units
8.	Central systems for heating, water, sprinkler system, sewage, data and power, ventilation.
9.	Overall insulation values required for noise and heat and cold.
10.	Overall safety requirements.
11.	Landscaping issues for parking cars and bicycles, light poles, waste containers etc
